You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and Privacy Policy incorporated.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TOU, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

3. ABOUT PRECISION TOOLS SERVICES

PRECISION TOOLS is a tools review blog. Through our tools review blog, we will assist the User find the right tools needed to carry on their activities.

16. 17. Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Site.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This general terms and conditions in relation to the use of www.precisiontools.com is hereby governed by, and constructed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Texas. The competent courts in Texas shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute between you and PRECISION TOOLS.
